Singer and actress and song writer Jana Kramer rose to fame on television where she joined the crew on One Tree Hill as Alex for its final three seasons. Her first few releases as a singer-songwriter included in episodes of the series helping her debut album of the same name to make it into the Top 20 on the Billboard 200. Thirty One by 2015 was the follow-up and reached Number Ten. Over the past decade, she was a guest on Dancing with the Stars as she did in TV films and a number of television programs. The singer also released some singles which weren't albums. In 2021, The Self-Doubting Voices was released. Jana Rae Kramer, born in Rochester Hills Michigan and raised there, fell in love with the country genre. In the future, she was pursuing the career of a recording artist. But her debut professional appearance was acting in the horror film indie Dead/Undead in 2002 when still just a teen. After a few guest appearances in All My Children or CSI: NY, Kramer landed Noelle Davenport's role as a regular in NBC Friday Night Lights in the 2nd season, 2007-2008. Kramer later appeared on television in the role of Portia Ranson in 90210 between 2008 and 2009 and Brooke Manning in Entourage in the year 2009. The actress was added to the cast of CW One Tree Hill in 2009 in the role of Alex Dupre, and she was on until the finale in 2012, which was half way into. Jana Kramer During her run on the show Kramer was signed to a contract as a singer with Elektra Records and debuted the contemporary love song for country music I Won't Give up on a 2011 episode on One Tree Hill. It was featured later on her debut album in the mid-2012 timeframe. Billboard Top Country Albums ranked the track in the Top Five. Following a shift to her professional musical career, she continued acting and appeared in films like Heart of the Country 2013 (which was a hit with her fans) or Country Crush 2016 (which would be a hit with her music lovers). Kramer released her sophomore album of her own, Thirty One with Warner Music Nashville, in October of this year. I Got the Boy - an album that was a Top Five Country hit - as well as Steven Tyler, Aerosmith's lead vocalist, singing a duet on her album make it to the top 10 of the Billboard 200. After a two-month stint in the 22nd Dancing with the Stars season, she finished fourth. In the same year, she had an adult-oriented hit song by releasing"Feels Like Christmas with Straight No Chaser.
