Mary McCormack is an American actor who has been known for her leading role in the TV series 'Murder", 'The West Wind', 'In Plain Sight' as well as "Loaded". Her work is also well-known due to her film roles in 'Private Parts', 'Deep impact', 'True crime' and '1408'. McCormack comes from an unrelated family. McCormack's parents are a psychotherapist in a clinical setting and also the proprietor of an ice cream establishment. In the wake of separation from her parents, McCormack went to Trinity College Hartford, Connecticut. In 1990, after having graduated from Wardlaw-Hartridge School with a BA, she graduated. Her career began at the young age of 12, when she performed in a stage production of the Christmas musical "Amahl and the Night Visitor'. She continued performing in the theatre before landing a role that were on small screens and on the large screen. Today, McCormack is recognized as one of the best actors in Hollywood. Michael Morris (producer/director) is McCormack's husband. They have three daughters.
